Booking
To confirm your place for any trip booking we need an advance payment at least 20% of total bills as soon as you make sure to make any trips. We do not guarantee the trip until the advance payment is reached to us. The balance payment must be clear upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
However, we need 100% payment in advance as soon as made permits and travel documents to traveling restricted regions of Nepal, peak climbing, mountaineering, Helicopter and flight chartered service, Bhutan and Tibet tours.

If booking are made within 7 days before trip start full payment required. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand that during traveling may involve risks and rewards. I accept risks and obligations and I fully assume the risks of travel. I release Yala Tours from any liabilities connected to these risks rewards.

Liabilities & Limitations  

1.       We take the responsibility of providing the services as per the contract of the package trips under normal circumstances only. All trips arrangements are subject to our inability to provide the same as a result of acts of natural disaster , acts of governments, authorities, wars,  civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of hotel or facilities or as a result of any other causes beyond our control. We incur no liability to provide any services confirmed if such inability is due to any of the causes listed above and no refund shall be made. In case of any additional service used because of above situations or flight delay/cancellations or on request made by the clients, we would charge the difference amount. 

2.       Trip's route, accommodation and modes of transport are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances. We reserve the rights of change itinerary for any reason; it may do so by shortening, re-routing any trip. In case of alternation, omission additional expenses will be charged to you if the reason for any alteration is outside Yala’s control. (Although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the schedule)

3.       We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc of any nature.  

4.       There will be no refund in the event of flight schedule changes, delays or cancellations cause.

5.       The costs are based on the current airfare, tax structure & entrance fees. If there is any change, it will be charged extra.

6.       If there is any evacuation needed, we will assist to manage rescue helicopter while you or your insurances company guarantee of payment of cost.

Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly advisable in order to participate on any trip. However we allow to traveling with Yala without insurance if you sign in our trip booking form with an own handwriting request latter say "I travel on my own risk with out providing insurance policy to Yala". When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency evacuation. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, limitation and loss of luggage and personal effects.  

Cancellation
The cancellation charge will be as follows if you cancelled yourself.

• 45 days or more prior to trip departure -  No refund deposit 
• Between 30 and 45 days prior to trip departure - 50% of total booking cost or loss of deposit, whichever is the greater
• Less than 30 days prior to departure - 100% of total booking cost

No refunds will be made if you willingly leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. Refunds will be at the discretion of Yala if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized. Please note that these conditions are subject to change, and different loss of monies paid may apply to airline tickets.

You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances (Note: such insurance will not cover a change of mind).

Cancellation by Yala
Yala reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to run, but will not cancel a tour less than 60 days before departure. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has two fully-paid. Yala reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events.
