Langtang Valley is situated north of Kathmandu in
the Central Himalayan region holding the
reputation to be the third most
fascinating trekking destination in Nepal.
Langtang national park is situated at a
high altitude with huge forest yielding
diverse vegetation and wildlife. The
picturesque lakes, glaciers and Himalayan
peaks combine to make Langtang a thrilling
eye-catching destination for visitors with
impressive views of snow-covered peaks.
The area also offers to experience various
cultures of three main ethnic groups of
inhabitants such as Tamangs, Yolmos and
Tibetans.
In the same package you find the
excitement of 2 days white water rafting
in Trishuli River and spending a night on
the river banks. And at Chitwan National
Park you get a ride on the Elephant back
in search to find a glimpse of a Bengal
Tigers and one- horned Rhinoceros with
many other wild animals and variety of
beautiful bird species.
At the conclusion of your package you will
visit two world heritage listed towns
named Patan and Bhaktapur known as cities
of arts. .
Day 01:
Arrival in Kathmandu airport transfer to selected-Hotel
Day 02:
Kathmandu-:
Breakfast at hotel followed with
sightseeing by visiting Durbar Square said
to be the spiritual heart of Kathmandu.
The old royal palace at the centre of the
city surrounded by temples and other
important buildings makes it the most
significant point in Kathmandu to see the
culture and religion of Nepal with
opportunity to visit the temple of living
goddess Kumari. After Durbar square we
move to visit Swayambhunath. The stupa at
Swayambhunath is the most important and
oldest site of Buddhist worship place in
Nepal. Swayambhunath Stupa is famous for
the eyes of Buddha which seem observing
the world from all 4 directions. After
Swayambhunath we visit Boudhanath, the
largest Stupa of Nepal. Around the
octagonal base of Stupa there are 108
images of Buddha where prayer ceremonies
of Buddhist Lamas are taking place since
over 2000 years. Back to Hotel

Day 10:
Breakfast at hotel and
drive of about 2.30 hours
to Charaundi where rafting adventure
begins. Before you start sailing, our
rafting guide gives you a short briefing
about the river, rapid flow of streams and
paddling techniques. No experience is
needed to raft, but the feeling for
pleasure and the spirit of water
adventure. After 4 hours rafting we camp
at Kuringhat riverside. Meals- BLD
Day 11:
Rafting and Chitwan:
Breakfast and 3 hours rafting to Mugling
light lunch at Mugling transfer to Chitwan
national park. Begin wildlife safari tour-

Day 12: Chitwan:
Whole day jungle activities such as-
Elephant back safari, nature walk,
canoeing in river, cultural show.

Day 14:
Kathmandu: A drive to Patan, the second largest town of
the valley but it has been absorbed into
Kathmandu. Patan was previously known as
Lalitpur (the beautiful city). The famous
King Ashoka built the Stupas at four
corners in the 250 BC. The temple
architecture here gave this city fame to
be unique and most beautiful. After Patan
we proceed to Bhaktapur, the third biggest
city of the valley. Bhaktapur has
preserved its medieval character better
than Patan. We visit the Golden Door, the
Palace of 55 windows (15th century) and
Pagoda Nyatapola (18th century).
Today we offer you a typical Nepali farewell dinner with memorable
cultural show.
