5G promotes "Culture+": Anhui Xinhua Distribution Group and China Telecom strengthen ties

On July 2, Anhui Xinhua Distribution Group signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with China Telecom Anhui Company. Cao Jie, Party Secretary and Chairman of the group, Zhang Kewen, Party Committee Member and General Manager of Wanxin Media, Tang Ke, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Telecom Anhui Company, Fang Wensheng and Lu Pin, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Cao Jie said that the next step in the development of Wanxin Media’s "Shared Bookstore" is inseparable from the support of science and technology. China Telecom is the leading force in the field of national science and technology information and communication services. The strategic cooperation with the theme of "Science &Technology and Culture" is to achieve the high integration of  science &technology with culture in Wanxin Media’s programs such as Shared Bookstore and Farmhouse Bookstore by virtue of the technical advantages of Anhui Telecom Company in 5G, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other fields. Next, the two sides will continue to deepen cooperation in channel resource sharing, customer resource sharing and information technology integration to promote science and technology benefiting the people, culture benefiting the people, and give full play to the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises.

Tang Ke said that the strategic cooperation between Anhui Xinhua Distribution Group and Anhui Telecom adhere to the fundamental position of "People-centered". The two sides will take advantages of each other, fully integrate resources to form complementary advantages, create a new cooperation mode of "Science &Technology and Culture", and promote culture for the people and science and technology for the people to better meet the growing needs of the people of Anhui for a better life. Anhui Telecom will utilize its advantages in 5G, cloud computing, big data and Internet finance to provide better network environment and more intelligent information technology services for Wanxin Media, and further release channel resources and marketing resources to facilitate the landing of the cooperation.

Finally, at the signing ceremony, the Party Branch of Wanxin  Media Culture Consumption Controlling Company and  the Party Branch of Anhui Telecom Channel and the Public Customer Department jointly established  the "Party Building Alliance", hoping to further exhibit the role of fighting fortress of the Party Branch and the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members of the Branch.The alliance is to promote strategic cooperation with high-quality activities of Party building alliances, and better fulfill the political, economic and social responsibilities of enterprises of both sides.
